VAVA Yoga

Imagine... In the midst of Rotterdam, you will find a secret garden with trees, flowers and birds. There you can find yourself in the middle of Mother Nature. With bare feet on the grass, your VaVa Yoga journey begins.

A journey to (re)connect to yourself on all levels; physically, mentally and energetically.

VaVa Yoga is rooted in the Hatha yoga tradition.

In this class, we will use different techniques (breath work, asana/ body postures, meditation, dance) to create space, openness, awareness and to release tension and have fun!

This class is open to anyone interested in yoga. Both beginners and more experienced.

What to bring: an open mind.

Costs: €10,- pin or cash.
